Welcome to 5H On Time Distribution Ltd, an online platform for the purchase and delivery of food and beverage products within Cyprus (the “Platform”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platform and constitute an agreement between you (“the Customer”) and 5H On Time Distribution Ltd (“5H”, “we”, “us”). 5H is registered in Cyprus under company number HE244632 with its registered office at Mias Milias 4, Nisou Industrial Estate, Nicosia, 2571, Cyprus.

Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT To place orders through the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
  2. SERVICES 5H On Time Distribution Ltd manages all product listings directly. We offer a curated selection of food and beverage products, which we deliver through our logistics partner Akis Express. All payments are securely processed via our payment provider JCC.
  3. ACCEPTABLE USE You must not use the Platform to:
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Upload or distribute any harmful, offensive, or infringing content;
  • Interfere with the functioning of the Platform;
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or personal information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  1. PAYMENT All payments are processed via JCC. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout. If your payment method fails, the order may be cancelled.
  2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS At present, 5H On Time Distribution Ltd does not offer returns or refunds. Customers are advised that this may be subject to change and that, under EU law, certain consumer rights may apply. We recommend seeking legal confirmation regarding your rights under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
  3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the Platform, including product descriptions, images, and branding, is owned or licensed by 5H and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse any content without prior written permission.
  4. ELIGIBILITY To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  5. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY All items are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities at our discretion.
  6. PRICING All prices listed are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
  7. COMMUNICATION By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. This includes emails, order updates, or notifications through the Platform.
  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We strive to ensure uninterrupted and accurate service but cannot guarantee error-free operation. 5H shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased unless otherwise required by law.
  9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION We are committed to GDPR compliance. We collect and process personal data only as required to fulfill your orders, process payments via JCC, and communicate with you.   10. TERMINATION We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Platform for any violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
  11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
  12. PROMOTIONAL CODES 5H On Time Distribution Ltd may offer promotional codes in the future. This section will be updated accordingly once such promotions are in place.
  13. UPDATES TO TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of any updated terms.
