Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver throughout the Republic of Cyprus only. Orders with addresses outside Cyprus cannot be processed at this time.

How much is shipping?

Who delivers my order?

All deliveries are handled through our logistics partner, Akis Express.

How long does delivery take?

How can I pay for my order?

All payments are securely processed through JCC Payment Systems. A valid credit or debit card is required to complete your order.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. JCC is a licensed payment provider in Cyprus and handles all transactions through secure, encrypted systems that meet EU data protection and financial standards.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is submitted and paid, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

How do I know my order went through?

You will receive an email confirmation after successful payment. Shipping and tracking details will follow once your order is dispatched.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

At this time, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless a product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@5hontime.com.cy with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your request and advise you on the next steps.
